1. General Pardahghar sells premium hijabs, abayas, jilbabs, and modest fashion products. By ordering from us, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspicious activity, or unavailability of stock.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may change without prior notice.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Parcel Opening Policy For customer satisfaction, we allow Open Parcel Facility on COD orders — check your product before making payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Karachi: 2–3 working days
• Other Cities: All over Pakistan, 5–7 working days
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays — we appreciate your patience.

6. Returns & Exchange All returns and exchanges are subject to our 7 Days Return Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

7. Product Accuracy We try our best to display accurate colors, fabric, and sizing details. Minor variations may occur due to screen display settings or manual measurement.

8. Customer Responsibility Customers must provide a correct address and be available to receive the order. Repeated failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in order cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property All content, images, and designs on this page belong to Pardahghar and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our page/store means you accept the updated terms.
