1. Processing Time Once you place your order, our team begins processing it right away. Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. During this time, we verify product availability and prepare your parcel for dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods We work with trusted courier partners across Pakistan to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are shipped via standard delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- 📍 Karachi: 2–3 working days
- 📍 Other Cities (All Over Pakistan): 5–7 working days
Please note these are estimated timeframes — actual delivery may vary slightly due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking/order details via call or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system.
5. Address Accuracy To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a reachable phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Open Parcel Facility For your peace of mind, we allow customers to open and check their parcel before making payment (for COD orders).
7. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages In the rare case that your order is delayed beyond the estimated time or lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.
